Simply remove the aerator from the faucet and install a new three-way valve. Then, install the hose connected to the shower holder on the wall at the side outlet. The set also includes a wall mount for storing the shower head. The lower part of the valve is intended for normal running water from the faucet, so installing a bathroom water extender does not affect the water flow of a regular sink.
