Product details and prices are shown on product pages. You see the available delivery method, charge and order total before confirming your order. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.
Payment and delivery
Available payment and delivery methods depend on the order and destination. The final choices and charges appear at checkout. Delivery timing and destinations are described on the delivery page.
Withdrawal, faulty goods and complaints
Consumers buying at a distance have a 14 day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions. Consumers can claim for non-conforming goods for two years. Send complaints to info@motivs.lv; unresolved consumer disputes can be referred to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre.
Your order details
Check items, quantities, address, contact details and total before confirming. Keep the confirmation and invoice. Contact us promptly if an order needs correcting after submission.
Consumers in other countries
When buying from another EU country, these terms do not restrict mandatory consumer protections applicable to the contract. If a dispute arises, first write to us with the issue and your requested solution.
