Payment
Choose an available payment method at checkout. Availability depends on the delivery country, order value and delivery method.
Internet bank payment
RecommendedPay directly in your internet bank. As soon as the bank confirms the payment, your order is marked as paid.
For delivery to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland and Poland.
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
Pay with a Visa or Mastercard card, or with Apple Pay and Google Pay on your phone. You enter card details on the payment provider’s secure page.
In Latvia a value limit applies to card payments. If card payment is not offered at checkout, choose internet bank or bank transfer.
Bank transfer
After you order, we email a prepayment invoice. Pay it from any bank and use the order number as the payment reference.
Available for every delivery country. We prepare the order once the payment arrives; transfers from foreign banks can take longer.
Pay on receipt
Pay for the order only when you receive it.
Latvia only: when collecting at Duntes iela 56, Rīga (cash or card) or from a Unisend parcel locker. May not be offered for items that are not in stock.
Safe payment
Online payments are processed by the payment provider Montonio over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details or your internet bank login.

For an unpaid order, open the order in your account or contact us.
What if an online payment fails?
Check the order status in your account. If it is still unpaid, use the available retry option or contact us.
