Returns & refunds
A consumer buying at a distance may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right is separate from rights relating to faulty goods.
Tell us you are withdrawing
Send a clear notice to info@motivs.lv within 14 days. Include your order number, the item and contact details. You do not need to give a reason or use a particular form.
Send the item back
Return or dispatch the item within 14 days after your notice. Contact us for the safe return method and address, and keep proof of dispatch. You pay direct return costs if this was disclosed before purchase.
Refund
We refund payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch. Any extra charge for a more expensive delivery option need not be refunded.
Inspection and exceptions
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund by the proven loss of value; opening the packaging alone does not remove the right. Legal exceptions include personalised goods and opened sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Refund method
The refund uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund fee is charged. If items in one order arrive separately, the withdrawal period generally starts when the last item is received.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the original box?
Use suitable packaging for safe transit if possible. Missing original packaging alone does not cancel the statutory right.
What if the item is faulty?
See the warranty and conformity page. Those rights are independent of the 14 day withdrawal period.
