The 4fizjo massage roller is a versatile device for myofascial relaxation. The massage roller is used to activate the muscles before training and massage the fasciae. The roller gives us many opportunities.
After training or as a result of a sedentary lifestyle, your muscles are often sore and inactive. Due to the applied pressure, rolling improves the blood supply to the tissues with oxygen, nutrients and water, so that the muscles and the surrounding fascia will regenerate much faster. An additional benefit of rolling is that post-workout muscle soreness, which many refer to as "soreness", will go away much faster.
