How to Choose the Right Size?

For the exercise ball to be effective, its size must be correctly matched to your height. When sitting on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees; they should form a 90° angle or slightly larger. Please note that the ball's diameter decreases by about 10 cm after inflation!

How to Inflate the Ball

Use the hand pump included in the set to fill the ball with air.

• ▶️ Insert the pump tip into the hole in the ball and pump until it is about 95% full.
• ▶️ If the ball is new, first inflate it to about 85% and wait 24 hours. After 24 hours, add more air to reach about 95% capacity.

Caution: Do not inflate the exercise ball to 100% of its capacity, as this may cause it to burst.

Contraindications

Refrain from using the Reh Ball if you have balance disorders, acute joint inflammation, recent bone fractures or dislocations, experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness, or have skin conditions. In these situations, we recommend consulting a doctor or physical therapist before use.
