Hexagonal suction cup system
Compared to other brands, the 4FIZJO pull-up bar has hexagonal suction cups. They are made of transparent material, so they will not leave black streaks on the door frames.
Safety clamps
4FIZJO brand bar has red safety clamps. They have been designed in such a way as to form one plane with the bar. Other protections, such as buckles or clips, stick out and can injure the hand, especially during intense exercise. This model uses braces with teeth that prevent the bar from unscrewing during pull-ups (see how it works in our manual below).
Thanks to three wide foam grips, you can use different grip widths - so you can engage all muscle groups. In addition, there are gaps between the foams that allow for a good attachment of power bands, which you can find at our other auctions.
Closed foam structure
Due to the closed structure of the foam, the handles absorb moisture to a much lesser extent. This makes our chin-up bars more hygienic. Even after a long time of use, the bar will not accumulate sweat and cause the release of an unpleasant odor.
- Pull back the red safety buckles to the sides,
- Unscrew both ends of the bar evenly adjusting it to the width of the frame,
- Grasp the bar in the middle of it and turn it in the opposite direction than you unscrewed its ends. Do it as hard as you can! It is at this moment that the bar becomes wedged in the doorframe,
- Move the red safety clamps towards the center of the bar, aligning their teeth with the corresponding holes.
Before performing the exercises, jerk the bar strongly and hang on it with your legs bent, checking that it is properly hooked.
