The Laowa D-Dreamer 15 mm f/2.0 Zero-D is a manual wide-angle prime lens designed for full-frame Nikon Z mirrorless cameras. Combining a 110° angle of view with a fast f/2.0 aperture, it serves a variety of photographic disciplines including landscape, travel, reportage, and astrophotography.
Optical Design
The optical system features 12 elements arranged in 9 groups. It incorporates three low-dispersion elements and two aspherical glass elements to preserve edge-to-edge sharpness and clarity, even when shooting wide open.
Aperture and Filter Compatibility
The lens provides both clicked and clickless (stepless) aperture ring operation, making smooth exposure adjustments straightforward during video recording. Unlike many wide-angle designs, it accommodates standard 72 mm screw-on photographic filters.
