How to choose the right ball size?
The ball size should be chosen according to your height. The 85 cm ball (75 cm when inflated) is suitable for people with a height of 176 to 190 cm. When sitting on the ball, your hips should be level with your knees or slightly higher.
How to properly inflate the ball?
Use the included pump. Initially inflate the ball to about 85% of its volume and leave it for 24 hours. Then inflate it to 95%. Never inflate the ball to 100% to avoid it bursting.
Can pregnant women use the ball?
Yes, this gymnastic ball is also recommended for pregnant women, but it is advisable to consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting exercises.
