How to Choose the Right 4FIZJO Gym Ball Size

For the exercise ball to be effective, its size must be chosen correctly. It should match your height, and when you sit on it, your hips should not be lower than your knees—they should form a 90° angle or slightly more. Remember that the ball's diameter decreases by about 10 cm once inflated!

• ⌀ 55 cm: for height 141-150 cm (4'8"-4'11")
• ⌀ 65 cm: for height 151-165 cm (5'0"-5'5")

How to Inflate Your 4FIZJO Gym Ball

Use the included hand pump to fill the ball with air.

• Insert the pump tip into the ball's hole and pump until the ball is about 95% full.
• If it is a new ball, first inflate it to about 85% and wait 24 hours. After 24 hours, add more air to reach about 95% capacity.

Caution: Do not inflate the gym ball to 100%. This could cause the ball to burst.

Contraindications

Refrain from using the Reh Ball if you:

• Have balance disorders;
• Have joint inflammation, or are recovering from bone fractures or dislocations;
• Experience excessive discomfort such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure;
• Suffer from skin conditions due to fungal infections, infectious diseases, or rashes;
• Have sensitive and delicate skin;
• Have been diagnosed with cancer.
