WARNINGS:

- Ensure that the location where you hang the hammock has solid anchor points – such as trees, posts, or other structures that can withstand the load. They must be stable and undamaged.
- The top anchor points of the hammock should be hung at a height of approximately 1.5 meters above the ground. The hammock should be low to the ground to minimize the risk of injury in case of a fall – usually at knee height (approx. 40-50 cm above the ground).
- Use sturdy ropes or special hammock straps that can withstand a load of up to 250 kg. The ropes must be well-secured, preferably with hammock knots, carabiners, or dedicated mounts.
- Always check that the ropes or straps are correctly attached and not worn out before using the hammock.
- When getting into the hammock, sit in the middle first, then slowly move into a lying position. Avoid sudden movements that could cause the hammock to tip over.
- Try to distribute your body weight evenly across the entire surface of the hammock. Lying on your side can cause it to tilt and lead to a fall.
- Always adhere to the maximum permissible load of 250 kg.
- Prolonged exposure of the hammock to the sun can weaken its material, so it is advisable to store it in the shade when not in use.
