The Marcato Ampia 150 mm is a manual pasta machine designed for preparing fresh homemade pasta. Its compact footprint fits comfortably even on smaller kitchen worktops. Operated via a hand crank, it also supports an optional motor drive thanks to its bayonet connection.
Three Pasta Formats
- Lasagne: produces even dough sheets across 10 adjustable thickness levels.
- Fettuccine: cuts 6.5 mm ribbons suitable for rich meat, fish, or vegetable sauces.
- Tagliolini: cuts delicate 1.5 mm pasta ideal for light broths and sauces.
Precise Adjustments and Durable Construction
Rollers made of anodised aluminium process dough smoothly without leaving residues. The side adjustment dial allows you to select between 10 thickness settings ranging from approximately 4.8 mm down to 0.5 mm.
Care and Maintenance
Removable combs and scrapers make regular cleaning straightforward. Keep the machine clean using a dry or slightly damp cloth and a brush, avoiding water rinsing or dishwasher use.
