LatviaThe Freewell 1.33X anamorphic lens with a 17mm mount enables widescreen mobile video recording in a cinematic 2.35:1 aspect ratio. Featuring a 1.33x squeeze factor, it creates characteristic light flares and oval background blur (bokeh).
Framing Precision and Secure Mounting
The integrated 17mm bayonet mount attaches securely to compatible smartphone cases and rigs. An integrated level helps you align your shot during recording, while third-party mobile apps with desqueeze functionality convert the footage to the correct aspect ratio.
Durable Construction and Filter Compatibility
Constructed from aluminum alloy and optical glass with EdgeSharp coating, the lens offers a 111° diagonal field of view. The front 58mm thread supports compatible camera filters, and the included front and rear lens caps snap together to prevent loss during transport.
