Frame Construction and Strength
The frame is made from 1 mm thick galvanized steel utilizing 56 mm wide Omega profiles formed from 78 mm wide steel strips. With 1 m spacing between arches and integrated reinforcement profiles, the greenhouse withstands snow loads of up to 240 kg/m². Ground anchoring is achieved by fixing each arch at a depth of 35 cm.

The 4 mm cellular polycarbonate delivers effective thermal insulation as well as high impact and hail resistance. Featuring built-in UV stabilizers, it shields crops from harsh direct sunlight while maintaining approximately 85% light transmission.
