The Ulanzi Metal Cage is an aluminium alloy handheld video rig designed for vloggers and mobile filmmakers using smartphones.
Handheld Stability and Ergonomics
Equipped with dual height-adjustable handles, this rig delivers stable handheld operation for both horizontal and vertical filming. The non-slip silicone-finished grips reduce fatigue during extended shooting sessions, and one handle integrates a concealed magnetic slot for an allen key.
Mounting Expansion and Power Support
With 12 standard 1/4" threads and 4 cold shoe mounts, the cage provides 16 attachment points for microphones, LED lights, and magic arms. The pop-up quick-mount clamp accommodates smartphones measuring 66 to 83 mm in width, while a dedicated clip secures power banks between 58 and 84 mm wide.
