Arch spacing is set at 0.67 m with dedicated arch reinforcement profiles. A 10 cm high metal base foundation is included to increase rigidity and protect the polycarbonate sheets from ground contact. Each arch is anchored into the soil at a depth of 35 cm, supporting a snow load of up to 240 kg/m².
Covering and Ventilation
The greenhouse is covered with 4 mm cellular polycarbonate providing approximately 85% light transmission and built-in UV protection. Panels are secured with screws and 40 mm plastic washers, complemented by rubber seals. For temperature regulation, it features one double-sided door and 5 roof hatches equipped with automatic openers.
