Durable Frame Construction
The structure is made of 1 mm thick galvanized steel with 56 mm wide Omega profiles fastened with M5 screws. Arches feature reinforcing profiles, are spaced 0.99 m apart, and anchor 35 cm into the ground, sustaining snow loads up to 220 kg/m².
Polycarbonate Paneling and Assembly
Pre-cut 4 mm polycarbonate sheets connect via aluminum and H-profiles and are secured using screws with 40 mm plastic washers. The set includes protective aluminum foil tape to seal channel edges against dirt, a two-part front door, and a rear window.
