Frame Construction and Stability
The frame is constructed from 1 mm thick galvanized steel with 56 mm wide Omega profiles and M5 screw connections. Arch reinforcement profiles provide sturdy support capable of withstanding snow loads up to 220 kg/m². The distance between arches is 0.99 m.
Glazing and Ventilation
Pre-cut polycarbonate wall and roof sheets connect via H-profiles and a dedicated aluminum profile. Included aluminum sealing tape protects sheet channels from dirt and dust. For air circulation, the unit features a front two-part split door and two windows.
