The Yongnuo YN 50 mm f/1.8 DA DSM Pro is a versatile prime lens designed for APS-C mirrorless cameras with a Fujifilm X mount, suitable for both photography and video production.
Intuitive Controls and OLED Screen
The lens body includes an ergonomic control ring paired with a dedicated switch to toggle between focus and aperture adjustment. An integrated OLED display provides real-time readout of the current aperture setting.
Fast Autofocus and Optical Design
Equipped with a DSM stepping motor, the lens delivers fast, quiet, and precise autofocus. Its optical layout features 11 elements in 8 groups, incorporating an aspherical element, an ultra-low dispersion element, and multi-layer nano-coating to suppress flare and aberrations. A 9-blade aperture enables smooth background blur.
Durable Build and Connectivity
Weighing 387 g, the lens features a solid metal bayonet, gold-plated electronic contacts, and a rubber sealing gasket at the mount to guard against dust and light water droplets. An onboard USB-C port allows firmware updates.
