The Venus Optics Laowa 10 mm f/4.0 Cookie is an ultra-compact, rectilinear pancake lens designed specifically for APS-C mirrorless cameras with the Canon RF mount. Weighing only 130 g and measuring 25 mm in length, it provides maximum portability for landscape, travel, street, and architectural photography.
Wide Field of View and Ultra-Low Distortion
With an expansive 109.3° angle of view, this rectilinear pancake lens preserves straight horizontal and vertical lines throughout the frame. The ultra-low distortion simplifies framing in tight interior spaces and architectural environments.
Optical Design and Close-Up Focusing
The optical system features 12 elements arranged in 8 groups, incorporating 2 aspherical and 4 ultra-low dispersion glass lenses to minimize flare and maintain optical performance. Manual focusing is supported down to a minimum focusing distance of 10 cm, allowing distinct foreground details and background separation.
