Coverage and Replacements
The 2-year service package provides up to four replacements during its validity period. For the DJI Pocket 3, each replacement fee is 219 PLN. If an incident is reported in the same region where the service package was purchased, shipping costs are covered by the manufacturer and replacement products are dispatched with priority shipping.
Activation and Service Process
Activation is completed via support.dji.com/care/active by submitting your Care Refresh code, device serial number, and personal details. If more than 30 days have passed since device activation, a verification video must be submitted to DJI. In case of damage, send the device to an authorized DJI service center indicating active Care Refresh coverage.
Exclusions and Extension Options
- Coverage does not apply to lost or stolen items, additional accessories, or cosmetic housing damage that does not affect functionality.
- Total coverage can be extended up to 3 years by purchasing an additional 1-year plan before expiration or within 15 days after expiration.
