Hot and Cold Therapy
This compress can be used in two ways:
- Cold therapy: chill the pack in a refrigerator or freezer to help soothe swelling and discomfort caused by injury or overload.
- Heat therapy: warm the pack in a microwave to help loosen tight muscles and support joint mobility.
Design and Intended Use
Featuring a flexible build that conforms comfortably to the hand, the glove weighs approximately 220 g to prevent feeling bulky. It is suitable for carpal tunnel discomfort, joint stiffness, wrist overload, and post-workout recovery.
